Just saw this thing about the Red Bulls hosting an Anime Night at their stadium. Chill, cross-promotions are normal, but one part’s got me confused. Why pair a pro soccer match with Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG? The first 10,000 fans get a five-card pack, there’s guided gameplay on the BULLevard, even the voice of Pegasus is showing up. I’ve spent way too many nights building Yu-Gi-Oh decks back in the day, but I don’t see the link between that and a soccer game. Maybe I’m just out of the loop?
