User Service Agreement

Welcome to our App ("Community" or "we"). This Agreement is intended to clarify the rights and obligations between you (the "User") and us.

Before you register and use our App, please read and fully understand this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), especially the sections in bold. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using our App.

By clicking "Agree" or "Accept" to this Agreement, or by actually using our App services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), which will then become legally binding between you and us.

Special Notice for Minors: If you are a minor, you must read this Agreement with your guardian and obtain their consent.

I. Introduction

Welcome to our App. This Agreement is intended to clarify the rights and obligations between you and us.

II. Definitions and Scope

  • We: Refers to the platform legally owned and operated by Matrix Studio Pte. Ltd., including but not limited to websites, mini-programs, client applications, and other forms of software/systems.
  • User: Refers to natural persons who register and use the Community services through legal means. You may register using your mobile phone number, game ID, or other methods permitted by us.
  • Personal Information: Includes but is not limited to nickname, email, device information, etc., as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
  • User Generated Content (UGC): Includes but is not limited to text, images, and other forms of information posted by users in the Community.

    • III. Service Content and Usage Rules

    This Community provides a platform for users to exchange game-related content, including but not limited to browsing game information, sharing strategies, exchanging experiences, and discussing game events. We reserve the right to adjust, modify, upgrade, or add to the service content based on business development, changes in laws and regulations, etc.

    IV. User Rights and Obligations

    Registration and Account Management

    You may follow the prompts to fill in information, read and agree to this Agreement, and upon completing all registration and login procedures, become our user. The information you provide must comply with laws and regulations, social ethics, and the principle of information authenticity. You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account and password and for all actions under your account. You must not maliciously register accounts.

    Usage Rules

    Users must comply with this Agreement and Community rules, and must not post the following content:

  • Content that violates the laws and regulations of the country or region
  • Content that infringes others' intellectual property, reputation, privacy, or other legitimate rights
  • Content promoting terrorism, violence, pornography, gambling, drugs, or other illegal or harmful information
  • Spreading false information or rumors, disturbing social or Community order
  • Discriminatory or insulting language, or content attacking or abusing others
  • Spam advertisements, malicious flooding, clickbait, or content that disrupts normal Community order
  • Other content that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate or inconsistent with the Community atmosphere

    • Content Publishing

    Users are fully responsible for the content they publish. Users grant us a global, sublicensable, perpetual, and free license to use, distribute, copy, modify, sublicense, translate, publish, perform, and display the content they publish. We have the right to review user-published content and take necessary measures against violations.

    Account Deactivation and Reclamation

    You may apply to deactivate your account through the process provided in our App. After successful deactivation, unless otherwise required by law, we will not provide account recovery services. If you do not log in for more than six consecutive months, we have the right to reclaim your account.

    V. User Generated Content

    Copyright Authorization: Users retain the original copyright of their UGC, but agree to grant the platform a global, irrevocable, non-exclusive, free, and sublicensable license.

    Platform Rights: We have the right to review UGC and take measures against violations including restricting content, freezing or banning accounts, and deleting non-compliant content.

    User Responsibility: The content you publish must have a legal source, not infringe third-party rights, and comply with platform rules and laws.

    VI. Intellectual Property

    The content provided by Community is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and anti-unfair competition laws. Without our written permission, users may not use, copy, reproduce, or create derivative products for any purpose.

    VII. Privacy Protection

    We value user privacy. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy. By using the Community services, you are deemed to agree to our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.

    VIII. Breach of Agreement and Dispute Resolution

    Breach Handling: If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate part or all of services provided to you, including muting, blocking, deleting content, banning, or deactivating accounts.

    Dispute Resolution: The place of signing this Agreement is Singapore. The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

    IX. Other Terms

    We have the right to change, interrupt, or terminate Community services as required by business needs or laws. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, technical failures, or changes in laws.

    Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions.

    X. Special Statement

    We strive to provide stable and reliable services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Users use the Community services at their own risk. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network attacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

    XI. Changes

    We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
