Welcome to Shire Hub ("Community" or "we")! We care about your privacy. This policy tells how we collect, use, store, and share your info, plus your rights.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all Community users, including game downloads, registration, social, posting, and virtual purchases. We give extra protection for minors as required by law.

2. Information Collection

We collect and use your info as needed for these features:

When you register, we collect your phone, email, username, password, etc. for account management.

(2) Info Collected During Use

To serve you better, we collect:

  • Content: Posts, comments, messages, and data from topics, polls, surveys.
  • Behavior: Pages visited, content viewed, time spent, likes, shares, etc.
  • Device: Device model, OS, IP, browser, unique IDs (IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OAID, MEID), running processes, app use, crashes, install info, performance, storage (photos, media, files), browser settings, OS/app version, Bluetooth, network info, carrier, software version, and usage logs for security.   • Basic Services: For login, content, notifications, etc.
  • Improve Services: Analyze user data to optimize features and design.
  • Security: Prevent and handle fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Legal: Comply with laws and legal requests.
  • Research: User research and data analysis for product updates.

    • 4. Sharing Information

    We do not share your info with third parties without consent, except:

  • Partners: Tech support, payment, etc., only as needed for their work.
  • Legal: As required by law, court, or government.
  • Protect Rights: To protect the Community or users' rights.
  • Minors: Strict checks for third parties; no sharing minors' sensitive info (name, ID).
  • Transfer: We do not transfer your info unless required by law and will keep it protected.

    5. Storage

    Your info is stored on secure servers with encryption and access control.

  • Storage time: As needed by service or law. Info is deleted or anonymized after. After account deletion, we stop using your info commercially, but may use anonymized data.
  • Location: All info is stored in U.S. No cross-border transfer.
  • Protection: We use physical, electronic, and management measures (SSL, encryption, access control, confidentiality agreements, monitoring) to keep your info safe.

  • View Info: You can view your info and usage records anytime.
  • Edit Info: You can edit info through account settings.
  • Delete Info: You can ask to delete your info as allowed by law.
  • Delete Account: You can apply to delete your account; related info will be deleted.
  • Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for some info, but this may affect service.

    • Exceptions: We may not respond if required by law, national/public security, criminal cases, your abuse of rights, protecting vital interests, risk to others' rights, trade secrets, or other reasonable reasons.

    7. Minors

    Parents or guardians should guide minors under 18 to use our services after reading this policy. We do not knowingly collect minors' info. Unless law allows and guardians agree, minors should not register or give personal info. If we collect minors' info by mistake, we will delete it once known. Contact us if you think we hold minors' info inappropriately.

    8. Policy Updates

    We update this policy if laws or business change. Major changes will be notified by pop-up, email, etc. Continued use means you accept the new policy. If not, stop using and delete your account.
