Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Golden, crispy tortillas filled with tender chicken, melted cheese, and a creamy garlic filling make these wraps a quick and satisfying meal for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
• 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 4 large flour tortillas
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the filling is well mixed and creamy.
2. Lay the tortillas on a clean surface and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center of each tortilla.
3. Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly to create secure wraps.
4. Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter to help them become perfectly crisp and golden.
5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning carefully, until golden brown and the cheese has fully melted.
6. Transfer the wraps to a cutting board and let them rest for 1 minute before slicing them in half.
7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
