Time for the recap of this month's FAQs! Zom Zom has collected the questions that our Commanders are most concerned about recently, and will now answer 'em all for ya!

Below are the FAQs this month. Hope you can find them helpful.

Q: Since the Star Reactor mode was launched, many players' reactive cores were stolen. Can you do something to stop this?
A: We are aware of this issue and have made some adjustments to the reactor's secondary password in version 399.
In version 399, the Reactor's secondary password will cover the entire mode. Commanders will have to enter the password every time they log in to the game to access the Star Reactor.

We would like to remind all Commanders that DO NOT set a reactor's secondary password identical to the login PIN code.


Q: I forgot my secondary password for the mech, but I couldn't reset it by myself and had to contact customer service to change it. The whole thing took me a long time. Is there any other way to reset the password?
A: Thank you for your feedback. In ver. 399, we added a secondary password resetting function. If you forget your password, simply reset the password through either of the methods below:
① Star Reactor --> password interface (upper left corner) --> tap "set lock" to reset the password
② Commander profile page --> Settings --> Options (scroll to the bottom) --> Forgot Password --> tap to reset the password

In later versions, we will also add the function allowing you to change your password.

About password resetting
After submitting the request to reset the password, if you are found not having accessed the relevant function for the following three days, you'll be able to reset the new password three days later.
If you enter the correct password within the three days, the resetting request will be counted as invalid.


Q: Many of the reactive core rewards now read "Mystic rewards coming soon." When will these rewards be accessible?
A: In order to provide a better experience for you, we've been constantly improving the level rewards of reactive cores. You might need to wait for a while longer. Thank you for your understanding.

In the reactive core rewards, there will be new base skin and profile frame. We will update the rewards regularly. Stay tuned to announcements for more info.


Q: I can only buy a limited number of Gold Diamond bundles. Can you increase the number?
A: Sure! We have been paying close attention to the supply of Gold Diamond bundles. We will optimize the issue later accordingly.

The purchase limit of Gold Diamond bundles is reset daily. If you do need to get more urgently, kindly visit the [Gold Diamond Store].


Q: Battle of the Canyon only offers a few sessions to choose from. Definitely need more options.
A: We noticed the issue, and are planning on optimizing it. The update is expected to be completed in September. Stay tuned to future announcements.
