Time for the recap of this month's FAQs! Zom Zom has collected the questions that our Commanders are most concerned about, and will now answer them all! Before we come to the FAQs of July, let's have a look at a few hot issues.

1. The controversy over whether the [reactive cores] in the game will depreciate
As early as the time when we designed the mode, we decided to make some improvements on the basis of the previous mode. Specifically, the [Reactive Cores] will never be reduced in value or depreciated, as the cores are hard currency in the wasteland. We also created the Trade House, where Commanders can sell their excess cores.

Reactive cores will not be sold in any bundles or gifted in any purchase events. The only way to purchase them is with the Gold Diamonds.

After the release of the cores, many commanders questioned about their value. Although the cores' price was not officially reduced, sometimes there are ways to purchase cores with Gold Diamonds at a discounted price in the Gold Diamond Store. Many Commanders thus took it as proof of depreciation.

In fact, that was not the case. Because Gold Diamonds are a type of currency in the game, there will naturally be some discounts in the Gold Diamond Store, as a way to bring you more benefits and more favorable offers.


2. You kept saying that you'll improve the balance among different unit types, but I haven't seen any results yet.
Our apologies for the bad gaming experience resulting from the soldier stats issue.
Improving the balance among different unit types is one of the priorities this year. We are glad to inform you that many new countering effects will be released in early August to handle part of the balance issue. More improvements in this regard will come in September. Hope they can bring you a better combat experience.

Q: It takes ages to use enough speed-up items by tapping to consume one at a time in the Underground Shelter. Any plan to solve this problem?
A: We noticed the issue and will be solving the issue later and sending you some Hourglasses via mail in the near future.

Q: The cost of the reactive core mode is too high. If the upgrade is not successful, the core is either reduced in level or damaged directly. Can you optimize the mode?
A: Sure! Since the release of the recent changes to quantum transformations, we have been collecting feedback from Commanders. We now have plans for the next round of improvements after reviewing the feedback. New improvements will be made available in version 398. Stay tuned for more updates!
