I wanna know the total score and breakdown of each member in the weekly Alliance Duel
Answer:We'll be making improvements in this regard. In fact, we've been working on a solution to enable players to view the score after each Alliance Duel. We'll disclose more details as we come up with a plan.
I have too many golden tickets. I hope there can be more items available in the exchange shop.
Answer:We've received a lot of suggestions from Commanders about the Exchange Shop. We'll add more items to the Exchange Shop in later versions. Stay tuned!
I need more Alliance Coins
Answer:We are still evaluating the amount of alliance coins Commanders can obtain. We'll inform you of the result in the [Feedback] module ASAP. Thank you for your feedback!
I wish to have more battles in the Season of War to have a better combat experience.
Answer:Commanders, we've received a lot of feedback on the combat experience. We have also been thinking about how to meet the needs of Commanders. Now we have a specific plan to share with all of you.
1.A new "Master" tier will be unveiled in the Strongest Alliance event. The tier will make it possible for the top Alliances to be matched with each other.
2.In later versions, we will also launch a cross-server gameplay, allowing Commanders from different servers to compete against each other.
Looking forward to seeing more Season of War skins!
Answer:We will release more Season of War skins in the future. We'd also like to invite our players to vote, in the game and in our community, for the hero skins they want to see most and the theme of the skins that they want to see most. Your voice will be considered in our future design and development.
Can you introduce a Watcher hero with the travel speed bonus?
Answer:We are already working on it! We will consider adding a skill that increases travel speed to the new Watcher hero. The hero is still being designed at the moment. Stay tuned!
I want to know the info on server merging earlier whether in/outside the game.
Answer:To ensure a balanced and reasonable matchmaking result, we need to perform a thorough analysis of a large amount of data before each season.
Shortening the process might affect the result of matchmaking. Please rest assured that we will inform you of the result as early as possible once the data analysis is completed!
