If I stop at level 3, the research detail reads 15%. The first three levels read 5%, 10% and 15%, so every step so far has added the same 5 points. The description says all units gain bonus Might when attacking lvl. 1-5 marauders, and I keep my own reading to that sentence.

⚔️ The Level Four Bend

If I take level 4, the line bends. Level 4 reads 25%, which is 10 points above level 3, double the 5 points that each of the earlier steps added.

Suppose I push this node to level 5. It reads 40%, 15 points above level 4 and the widest single step in the column. Put together, 5%, 10%, 15%, 25% and 40% read as one line that keeps widening after level 3, and I weigh that line before I pick my own stopping point.
