💧 First Cluster

I read Distillery Production on the Upgrade Preview in clusters, not rank by rank. Levels 1 to 3 read as 900, 1,800 and 2,700. Levels 4 to 6 read as 3,600, 4,400 and 5,300.

📋 Twin Reads

Production keeps that grouping as I read on. Levels 8 to 10 read as 7,100, 8,000 and 8,700. Levels 15 and 16 read as 13,000 and 13,900.

🏺 Closing Cluster

Levels 20 and 21 read as 17,300 and 18,200, and Levels 23 to 25 read as 20,000, 20,900 and 21,600.

How do you pick the next Distillery upgrade to start after Production reads 13,000 and 13,900 on Levels 15 and 16?
