Barracks, Stable, and Archery Range each carry the same upgrade tip: upgrade it to train more powerful units.
One upgrade slot, several buildings that all say the same thing.
🪖 Same Tip, Three Buildings
The upgrade tip for the Barracks says to upgrade it to train more powerful units. The Stable and the Archery Range carry the same line word for word. The building descriptions explain where each one fits: the Barracks is where Footmen are trained, the Stable is where the Cavalry is trained, and the Archery Range is where Archers are trained. The unit descriptions add that upgrading the building unlocks higher-level Footmen, Cavalry, or Archers. Each building trains its own unit type, so one upgrade does not cover the other two.
🚩 The Training Ground
The Training Ground works differently. Its tip says to upgrade it to increase the marching soldier cap. That is a limit on how many soldiers you can send out, not a new unit type. If your unit types are already fine but your marches feel small, this is the tip that speaks to that.
🏰 The Castle Ceiling
The Castle tip says upgrading it unlocks new buildings and functions. That is a different kind of upgrade from the four above, since it opens new options instead of strengthening one building. I could not confirm from the text how it limits the other buildings, so I am leaving that out.
⚖️ Picking One
Your troop mix decides it. If your marches are mainly Footmen, the Barracks tip is the one that matches. If your squads lean on Archers or Cavalry, the other two do. The text gives no ranking between the three, and I am not going to invent one. Unit unlocks and the marching cap are two different needs, so name which one is holding you back first.
You have one upgrade slot free and the tips all sound useful. Do you spend it on the unit-type building you lean on daily, or on the Training Ground for a bigger march? 🚩
