Level 12 is the last upgrade that adds to the Rallied Troops column, and thirteen levels follow with no change there. 🏯

The War Academy upgrade preview lists Lvl, Rallied Troops, Teammate Might when Rallying, and Power for Levels 1 to 25. The in-game tip says upgrading the War Academy increases the maximum number of rallied troops. This guide reads the Rallied Troops column first, then the percentage column beside it, then what both mean for your queue. 🛡️

📊 Four Steps

Levels 1, 2, and 3 print 1. Levels 4, 5, 6, and 7 print 2. Levels 8, 9, 10, and 11 print 3. Level 12 prints 4. The steps arrive at Levels 1, 4, 8, and 12, with waits of 3, 4, and 4 levels between them.

🔒 The Flat Levels

Levels 13 to 25 all print 4 as well. The preview shows no further growth in Rallied Troops after Level 12. Whether another screen shows more is not yet confirmed, so this guide does not claim it either way.

🎚️ Percent Keeps Rising

The Teammate Might when Rallying column prints 1% at Level 1 and rises 1 point every level, ending at 25% on Level 25. So after Rallied Troops stops at Level 12, that column and the Power number keep going. If that percentage matters to your alliance, that is the reason to continue past Level 12.

🧭 Your Upgrade Plan

• Levels 4, 8, and 12 are the only levels after Level 1 where the Rallied Troops number rises. Every other level leaves it unchanged.
• If your alliance runs frequent rallies, tell your leaders which War Academy level you have reached so they can plan around your number.
• If you join rallies only now and then, stopping at Level 12 for now and returning later gives up nothing in the Rallied Troops column.
• If you want the percentage column, keep going. Both plans are reasonable, and the preview shows exactly what each level prints.

The Rallied Troops column looks like it should grow to Level 25, yet its last step is Level 12. Is your War Academy already past that point, or is Level 12 your next target?
