Weekly Updates on Rise of Castles (39th @2026)
-
Event rewards and missing activity items remained among the community’s most discussed topics this issue.
Why did some All-Star bets remain “unsettled” after the event ended? Were Battle of Honor reward mails actually sent? Why did completed Monopoly daily tasks still leave the dice count at 0? Did payment methods disappear from the KOP Store because of regional restrictions or a store-side change? Alliance flags and avatar uploads also produced several easily confused cases.
The Monopoly task page and reward-claim entry have now been fixed. All-Star and Battle of Honor cases still need to be separated into “not yet settled” and “mail generated but not displayed.” KOP payment changes involve both regional routing and a store-platform adjustment. Flag and avatar cases relate to alliance-decoration rules, content moderation, or issues that have not yet been reproduced.
Thank you @L.O.V.E.R, @jarvaja, @CellSooExfighter, and @MilesHigh for continuing to provide All-Star betting records; @Sanyok Gomel F and @Solomon for Battle of Honor and mailbox details; and @Blur Woofy, @Princess Jaya, and @Bakhtiyar Merano for screenshots showing completed Monopoly tasks without a working claim entry. Reports from @Lunich, @Shogun Rob, @⭕️Miss Nana⭕️, and @Mura༒ helped confirm that the KOP changes were not all tied to one region. We also thank @[Hammy] and @KING OF THUN 3.1 for clearly describing their flag and avatar steps.
Here is what we have confirmed for each issue.

All-Star and Battle of Honor Rewards: Check Settlement Status Before Mail Records
Recent event-reward reports fall into three groups.
The first appeared after All-Star matches were rescheduled: earlier bets no longer matched the new rounds and remained “unsettled.” The second involved quarterfinal bets that had finished but whose reward mail did not immediately appear. The third involved players who could not find personal reward mail after completing Battle of Honor.
After another review, @jiangnian confirmed that the first group includes genuine settlement failures. Some betting records did not enter the settlement process correctly after the schedule changed, so these cases cannot simply be explained as waiting for the entire event to end.
These records are still being handled individually. Accounts not yet completed will not be described as already compensated.
The representative quarterfinal cases now have clear results: @MilesHigh’s reward mail was generated, and the lower-left mailbox option can be used to sync unclaimed mail if it is not listed; @Haider T Farm’s records show that the reward was claimed.
Several Battle of Honor reports were also checked. All related reward mails have delivery records, and some have already been claimed.
If the reward is still missing after syncing the mailbox, contact Support with the match stage, supported team, wager amount or battle time, and a mailbox screenshot. “Not settled” and “sent but not displayed” are different issues and must be handled separately.

Monopoly Dice: The Claim Entry Is Back, Earlier Unclaimed Records Are Still Under Review
@Blur Woofy, @Princess Jaya, @Bakhtiyar Merano, and other Lords reported the same pattern: daily tasks were complete, but the dice count did not increase, and some accounts could not even see the task-reward claim entry.
@jiangnian confirmed that the issue was caused by a failed export of the front-end task table.
The corrected configuration was republished on September 21. After relogging, the event page and reward-claim entry should work normally, and current task progress will be retained.
However, restoring the entry does not mean that every previously unclaimed die was automatically credited.
For accounts that completed tasks before the fix but still had not received dice after the daily reset, the team must review the task records individually. We will not describe these cases as compensated before that review is complete.
If the problem remains after relogging, contact Support with the task name, completion time, server number, and screenshots.

KOP Payment Methods: Similar Changes, Different Causes
The cases reported by @Lunich, @Shogun Rob, and other Lords are related to regional routing.
Payment channels are assigned according to the region of an account’s recently used login IPs. Accounts in some regions are directed to KOP web payment where local payment services are restricted.
This mechanism is not a newly introduced adjustment.
However, since September 16, @⭕️Miss Nana⭕️, @Mura༒, and Lords in other regions have also reported PayPal, card, or cryptocurrency options disappearing.
Further checks confirmed that these accounts did not match the regional route described above. Their payment-method changes occurred on the KOP Store platform, while the ROCs game backend does not control the switches for those payment buttons.
KOP still needs to confirm why the platform changed and when any particular method might return, so we cannot currently provide a recovery time.
@jiangnian will continue collecting affected accounts. If your payment methods changed recently, contact Support with your region, the time of the change, and before-and-after screenshots. Do not post payment receipts or order information publicly.

Flags and Avatars: The Same “Unavailable” Result Can Follow Different Rules
The flag beside a castle is an alliance decoration.
Whether it appears and which members can change it depend on alliance membership, whether the alliance has activated the decoration, and the member’s current rank. These conditions are not directly related to registration region.
The earlier explanation that attributed some flag cases to regional restrictions has been corrected.
Avatar cases require a separate review.
In one verified case, the uploaded image triggered content moderation, so the avatar was rejected and a short upload restriction followed. In two other reports, @jiangnian tested the original images provided by the players and could not reproduce the unresponsive button. More complete steps and error screenshots are still needed.
There is therefore no current evidence of a feature-wide avatar failure.
If @[Hammy], @KING OF THUN 3.1, or other Lords still cannot proceed, contact Support with the alliance name, member rank, selected decoration or avatar, complete steps, and screenshots. Account-moderation details should not be posted in public comments.

Issues with complete records will be answered according to their actual settlement, mail, and account status. Store-platform changes, earlier unclaimed tasks, and individual operation issues still under review will remain in their current states rather than being covered by one general conclusion.
For event rewards, payments, or avatar moderation, contact Support with your account ID, server number, time, and screenshots. Gameplay and event-experience suggestions can continue to be submitted through the Bounty Feedback Channel.
@jiangnian will continue following unsettled bets, earlier Monopoly records, and KOP platform feedback.
Thank you to every Lord who provided betting records, task-page details, and operation screenshots. Event settlement and reward delivery involve several different states. We will continue sharing confirmed results promptly and wait for clear findings before responding to issues still under review.
We wish you the best in the upcoming matches and events.
