Frontline Workshop turns your looted junk into resources before the season wipes it all away
So I kept hoarding these ugly looted items from occupying territory, Crooked Lumber, Terrible Hardtack, Rusted Ingot, stuff like that, thinking I'd need them for some quest later 🏭 turns out they're not quest items at all, they're raw material you're supposed to feed into the Frontline Workshop.
Each of those loot types converts into one specific basic resource plus one of two crafting currencies. Crooked Lumber becomes Lumber and Construction Materials. Terrible Hardtack becomes Food and Military Supplies. Aged Moonshine becomes Ale and Military Supplies. Rusted Ingot becomes Iron and Construction Materials. Broken Marble becomes Marble and Military Supplies. Then there's Rebel Supplies, the rarer drop, which skips the basic resource entirely and gives you both Construction Materials and Military Supplies at once.
The processing itself is fast and cheap, one Workshop action handles up to 10,000 units of a raw material, takes just 36 seconds, and costs 150 Workshop power. Upgrading the Workshop speeds that up further. The catch nobody tells you upfront, all of this loot and the currencies you make from it get recycled at the end of the season. Sitting on a stockpile because "I'll process it later" just means it evaporates when the season closes.
Six Loot Types
Five convert into a resource plus one currency, Rebel Supplies alone gives you both currencies with no resource attached.
Cheap Fast Batches
36 seconds and 150 power per action, up to 10,000 units at once, so there's no real excuse to let raw material pile up unused.
Season End Wipes It
Every bit of this loot and its output resets when the season ends, so unspent stock is just wasted effort.
So are you actually running your Workshop every time you loot territory, or do you have a drawer full of Crooked Lumber sitting there waiting for a season reset to erase it? 🤔
