Siege engines are lined up outside your wall, and your Footman squad isn't in position yet. 🛡️
⏱️ The Queue Timer
You built your formation around a Siege-slot hero whose real payoff comes from the Footman squad standing next to him, and that squad is still finishing a training queue three minutes out. The enemy siege line is already visible on the map, closing in faster than your queue timer is counting down. Pulling that Footman squad now means sending them in unfinished, at less than full strength. Waiting for the queue to finish means the siege engines might already be in range before your formation is actually complete.
🎲 Two Commander Types
Some commanders would rather field an unfinished squad on time than field a full-strength one too late. Others would rather eat a rough first exchange and let the queue finish properly, betting the wall itself buys enough time.
❓ Commit or Hold
When your formation isn't fully ready but the enemy is already on the move, do you commit what you have, or hold out for the queue to finish?
