Alliance Pay's tiers unlock on alliance headcount, not your own login streak. 🏛️
Alliance Pay has a gate that catches a lot of players off guard: the number that unlocks each tier is how many alliance members showed up that day, not how many days you personally logged in. 🏛️
This guide only covers the three attendance tiers of Alliance Pay and how the payout scales. It does not cover Alliance Contribution (a separate donation-based reward track) or how attendance itself gets counted minute-to-minute; those are different topics.
🚪 Three Gates, All Alliance-Wide
Alliance Pay opens in three independent tiers the same day, each triggered once enough alliance members have been counted as active: the first gate needs just 1 active member, the second needs 30, and the third needs 50. None of these numbers track your own personal check-in streak. A brand new member who logs in once on a day when 50 alliance-mates also show up can clear all three gates on day one, while a veteran in a quiet alliance might only ever clear the first.
📈 Your Castle Level Decides
Clearing a gate does not hand everyone in the alliance an identical reward. Each tier's payout is read off a table keyed to the claimer's own Castle level. On the first tier, the attached food reward climbs in steps as Castle level rises, from the smallest amount at the lowest levels up to a flat maximum that kicks in once Castle level reaches the mid-20s, and stays at that same flat maximum all the way through the higher Castle levels tracked in the current table. The second tier follows the same climbing-then-flat pattern using iron ore instead of food, plus a small stack of Speed-Ups that grows as Castle level increases. The third tier drops the raw resource entirely and pays out only in Speed-Ups, again scaling up with Castle level.
🧮 Same Alliance, Different Payout
Put those two mechanics together and you get a real gap between members. Two players in the same alliance can both clear the exact same attendance gate on the exact same day, yet the one with the higher Castle level walks away with a noticeably larger resource or Speed-Up haul, because the headcount only unlocks the tier: your own Castle level decides what is actually inside it.
Have you been checking your alliance's daily headcount, or only your own login streak, when you're guessing whether today's Alliance Pay tiers will open?
