Killing the same field monster type twice in one day gives you two completely different reward structures, not two copies of the same reward. 📋
This guide only covers the two reward layers attached to field monster kills and how they interact. It does not cover monster spawn locations, combat difficulty, or troop composition against specific monster types; those are separate topics.
🎯 The First-Kill Bonus
Every field monster level in the current configuration carries its own dedicated first-kill reward, separate from the reward you get on every kill. Level 1 through roughly level 14 (and beyond) each have a unique first-kill bonus tied specifically to that level, not shared across levels. This bonus is not something you re-trigger by killing the same level of monster again later the same day; it is a distinct, separately-tracked reward line from the regular per-kill reward.
🔁 Capped Per Day
Every kill beyond the first also drops a reward, and that is where the daily kill limit comes in. The current configuration caps most field monster levels at 10 kills per day before that regular reward stops dropping further for that level. One tier breaks that pattern: level 6 monsters carry a 30-kill daily cap instead of 10, a meaningfully higher ceiling than every level sitting right around it.
🧮 Track Your Own Count
If you are farming a single monster level for the regular reward, the number that matters is how many kills of that exact level you have already logged today, not how many monsters you have killed overall. Burning your first ten kills of the day on a level capped at 10 leaves nothing further to gain from that level until the cap resets, while the same ten kills spent on level 6 would still leave twenty more before hitting its 30-kill ceiling.
Are you tracking your kill count against the level you are actually farming, or against your total kills for the day?
