The Zone Commemoration tech tree adds two separate gathering bonuses that stack on top of everything you already have. 🌾
Speed Just Keeps Adding
Legion I, Legion II, Legion III, and Class Legion Research each push your gathering speed up by 25% at max level, and none of them replace each other, they add. Run all four and that is already a big chunk of speed before you touch anything else. This same bucket also stacks with your profession card's per-resource speed (Agricultural Scholar gives food, wood, stone, and iron their own separate bonus) and with your alliance's Overall Management tech, which boosts gathering speed for every member. None of these systems fight each other. They all just pile on.
Not About Speed 🎒
Zone Commemoration's Expedition Force node is not a speed boost at all, it raises the resource amount you pull per haul, capped at +20% at max level. Speed decides how fast the bar fills, Expedition Force decides how much lands in your pocket when it does. Because it is a different effect type, it sits next to every speed bonus above instead of competing with any of them.
Locked Behind VIP 10
Full-scale Production is the single biggest node in that tree, +50% gathering speed at max level, and it only becomes available once you hit VIP 10. Not having VIP 10 yet does not undo any tech you already researched below it though, every earlier node still applies in full. It just means the two biggest single-node jumps in the game are waiting on a VIP wall, not a research wall.
Are you grinding toward VIP 10 for Full-scale Production, or stacking the four Legion trees first because they are open right now? 📈
