I’m confused about one specific detail in this Insidious review. It mentions the movie has an ick factor that’ll make anyone who lost all their baby teeth shiver. Then it says grown-up Gemma is a dentist. But there’s no link between those two points. Is the ick tied to dental stuff? The review doesn’t say. I get it’s PG-13 so less gore, but why drop that baby teeth line if you’re gonna make her a dentist and not connect the dots? It’s a loose thread stuck in my head way more than the “no story” complaint.
