Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (35th @2026)
--
The issues covered in this update were not always easy for players to identify. Commanders described APCs not returning, lower-than-expected Lasting Promise rewards, an owned vehicle skin that could not be upgraded, and a chat send button covered by other controls.
The causes were different. The APC issue came from a blocked server thread; ranking rewards check both placement and a minimum score; the vehicle-skin upgrade had an incorrect material mapping; and the chat issue comes from button placement.
The APC defect is fixed. Lasting Promise rewards matched the real rank, score, and configured tier. The incorrect upgrade configuration is corrected. The chat-button layout change is confirmed but not yet live.
Thank you to @Destroƴer and @BlAcKeDeViL001 for documenting blocked APC actions; @KinNoTora and @Rorschach for providing ranking, score, and mail screenshots; @1235Hope for reporting the material mismatch; and @Sofakingdom and @⭐️SUPER•CAKEBOY⭐ for showing where the send button was covered.

APCs Unable to Return: March Settlement Defect Fixed
Troops remained in a marching state after reaching their destination. They could not return to the Base or start gathering, Radar, or National Quest actions.
@mingxuan confirmed a concurrency defect in the Season Radar Alliance Help task. Under a specific condition, two players who were each other’s help targets could finish combat at the same time and deadlock the field-march settlement thread. Later arrivals then remained stuck as well.
The correction was released with Version 804. Stuck troops resumed normal settlement after the server restarted. No missing normal combat rewards or deleted troop data were found in the reviewed cases.

Lasting Promise Rewards: Rank and Minimum Score Both Apply
Some Commanders ranked near the top but received a lower reward tier or could not find an expected skin box in mail or inventory.
@mingxuan reviewed the leaderboards, event scores, settlement mail, and inventory records. Some Lasting Promise rewards require both a qualifying rank and the tier’s minimum score. If the rank is met but the score is not, the next eligible tier is issued. Local and cross-state leaderboards are also settled separately.
Rewards on the reviewed accounts matched their leaderboard, score, and tier. No missing or incorrect distribution was found. Some skin boxes were still unclaimed in mail; others were already in inventory but unopened. These cases differ from a score-based tier adjustment.
The rules operated as configured, but rank, minimum score, and leaderboard scope are not clear enough at a glance. We will continue evaluating clearer placement of these requirements.

Vehicle Skin Upgrade: Incorrect Material Mapping Corrected
@1235Hope owned the “Deep Sea Melody” vehicle skin and permanent item but still received an insufficient-material prompt.
@wujiu confirmed the upgrade was checking another skin’s unlock item, so the correct permanent item in inventory could not pass validation.
The configuration was corrected at 11:55 on August 20, and the upgrade now checks its own permanent item. Item records remained intact, with no material deduction or skin loss caused by this issue.
--
Covered Chat Send Button: Layout Adjustment Confirmed
On some devices, nearby controls cover the blue chat send button, making messages difficult to send during Alliance coordination.
Based on @Sofakingdom’s interface report, @jiuyan confirmed that the cause is button placement, not chat permissions, account status, or message restrictions. Moving the button resolves the overlap.
The adjustment is not live yet and is planned for a hotfix after the update is completed. Until then, this issue is not described as fixed.
The same task included a report of a pet disappearing from the Hero Rick, but it could not be reproduced and has no confirmed cause. If it happens again, please record the Hero screen, pet status, and exact time for a separate review.
--
These topics include a released fix, rewards settled under existing rules, a pending hotfix, and an issue needing more evidence. For personal rewards, materials, pet status, or other account data, submit your account ID, server, time, and screenshots through Support. Do not post account, order, or payment information publicly. Rule and interface feedback can remain under the relevant topic.
@mingxuan, @yimu, and @jiuyan will continue monitoring the results. When a shared issue, confirmed cause, or clear adjustment direction emerges, we will explain the player-facing result.
Thank you to every Commander who provides timestamps, screenshots, and action sequences. These details help distinguish rules from defects.
