Saw this piece about Mark David Chapman today. Honestly, it’s just the same old rehash we’ve seen a hundred times. He shot Lennon outside the Dakota, stayed right there, calmly told the doorman what he did. Pleaded guilty months later. Decades on, we’re still circling the same questions. Mental health gets brought up, but there’s no new insight here. Just another retread of a tragedy that doesn’t need more unnecessary attention. I’m scrolling past.
