Just got back to my flat, shoes squelching from the afternoon downpour at King’s Cross. Was scrolling through stuff and came across a review of this new Volvo EX60 electric SUV. One part’s got me scratching my head. They say they reinvented the seat belt. Like, how? I’ve worn seat belts in every van I’ve borrowed to haul my guitar and amp. They click into place, keep you safe. What’s there to reinvent? Seems like overcomplicating something that already works. Maybe I’m just too used to simple chord progressions over fancy tech, but that bit doesn’t make sense to me.
