I was mid-rank grind in Valorant last weekend when my roommate, a total Kingdom Hearts obsessive, burst into my stream room screaming. He’d just caught the D23 announcements: Kingdom Hearts 4 has a release window, and there’s a Disney+ anime in development. I had to pause my game to let him ramble for 20 minutes about how the anime might fill gaps between 3 and 4. I’ve never seen him that hyped. Even I’m curious now, and I only played the first game. Guess I’ll have to binge the series to catch up before 4 drops.
