Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (34th @2026)
Several issues discussed in the community recently have left many Commanders unsure about what happened. Based on the in-game display alone, it was easy to think that something had gone wrong with their items.
Event rewards arrived and were then reclaimed, Hero Gear repeatedly appeared unequipped, the game prompted a new version that could not be found on the App Store, and the values in Lasting Promise did not match the Flowers in inventory. In these situations, the first questions were understandably whether rewards had been deducted, Gear had been lost, or the version itself had a problem.
We reviewed the relevant records separately, and the findings were different in each case. The Cube Event did include incorrectly issued rewards, which were reclaimed. No actual Hero Gear loss was found. Version 26.802.1 has passed iOS review and been released. In Lasting Promise, task progress, inventory Flowers, and gifted quantities are separate records by design.
Thank you to @BuGaLu13, @sir19, @Ironman74, @MasterLCPL, @๖ۣۜǤнσsτ°, @Stew64d, @√iP€®, and @ᵏⁱˡˡᵉʳ⏎taz for providing event screens, Gear status, timestamps, and quantity changes. Below, we explain each of these easily misunderstood situations.

Cube Event Rewards: Incorrectly Issued Items Have Been Reclaimed
Some Commanders received event rewards and later saw some of those items reclaimed by the system, raising concerns that rewards earned through normal participation might also have been affected.
After reviewing the distribution records, @mingxuan confirmed that the reclaim only applied to event rewards that had previously been issued in error. Since these items should not have been delivered to the affected accounts, the records needed to be corrected accordingly.
Rewards earned through normal event participation will not be reclaimed as a result of this correction.
We understand that seeing rewards arrive and then change can easily make players wonder whether their items were deducted by mistake. We will strengthen checks on reward configuration and trigger conditions before distribution to reduce the chance of similar situations recurring.
If the items reclaimed from your account do not match the mail explanation, or if normally earned event rewards also show quantity discrepancies, please submit the relevant mail, event screen, and item screenshots through Support. We will continue checking the account records.

Hero Gear Display Issue: No Actual Gear Loss Found
@Ironman74 and other Commanders reported that Gear on some Heroes repeatedly appeared to be unequipped, making them worry that the Gear had actually disappeared from their accounts.
@yimu reviewed the relevant accounts’ Hero Gear, quantities, and change records. No Gear deletion, quantity reduction, or actual loss was found.
In other words, the issue identified in this review affected the displayed or synchronized Gear status, while the underlying Gear data remained intact.
The exact trigger has not yet been fully confirmed. We will continue monitoring the related display and synchronization behavior.
If Gear suddenly appears unequipped again, please record the affected Hero, the time it occurred, the actions taken immediately beforehand, and screenshots or a screen recording before and after switching interfaces. A complete record of the actions will be more useful for further investigation than a single screenshot.

iOS Version 26.802.1: Approved and Released
Some Commanders saw the Version 26.802.1 update prompt in-game but could not find the corresponding version on the App Store, leading them to suspect an issue with their device or game client.
@jiuyan confirmed that Version 26.802.1 passed iOS review and was officially released on August 18.
The update prompt appeared in-game before the App Store download became available because the two update timelines were not fully synchronized. This was not caused by an issue with players’ devices or accounts.
You can now reopen the App Store and refresh the update page to obtain the new version. Store cache refresh times may vary briefly by region. If you still see only the old version, fully close the App Store and reopen it.
If Version 26.802.1 is still unavailable, please submit your region, device OS version, and a screenshot of the store page through Support. We will continue checking the relevant channel status.

Lasting Promise Flowers: Progress, Inventory Flowers, and Gifting Records Are Separate
Feedback about Lasting Promise mainly focused on three questions:
First, Money Pot displayed a value, but the same number of Flowers did not appear in inventory. Second, after Flowers were received, the inventory quantity later returned to zero. Third, the Rare Materials Shop did not show anything that could be exchanged using Flowers.
@mingxuan separately reviewed task progress, Flower delivery, and gifting records.
First, the value shown in Money Pot is event progress, not the number of Flowers already obtained. Once progress reaches 10500 and the pot is opened, the corresponding Flowers are delivered to inventory. The progress displayed on the page does not convert directly into the same number of Flowers.
Second, the Flowers on the reviewed accounts were delivered normally. In some cases, the inventory quantity later became zero because the received Flowers had already been gifted to other players. The receipt and gifting records match, so the items did not disappear.
Finally, the current event shop does not contain any items exchangeable for Flowers. The lack of a Flower exchange option reflects the current event configuration and is not a page-refresh issue.
These reports also show that the interface does not distinguish “event progress” from “Flowers already obtained” clearly enough, making it easy to interpret the two values as the same thing. The related display and explanations still have room for improvement.
If your Flower quantity still does not match your receipt and gifting records, please submit screenshots of the event page and inventory through Support. We will continue checking the actual records.

This update covers reward reclaims, Gear status, version availability, and event items. Some cases are rule explanations, while others require account-specific record checks. For personal reward, Gear, or event-item issues, please submit your account ID, server, time of occurrence, and relevant screenshots through Support. Do not post account, order, or payment information in public comments.
You are also welcome to continue sharing feedback about event rules and interface experience under the relevant topics. @mingxuan, @yimu, and @jiuyan will continue monitoring follow-up reports, especially whether the same Gear display or version-update issues recur.
Thank you to all Commanders who continue providing timestamps, screenshots, and complete action sequences. Issues that look similar can have very different causes. These details allow us to distinguish rules, display abnormalities, and actual data issues, and to provide the appropriate response.
