Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (33rd @2026)
LS Community Feedback Update · Energy Cube Fixes / Migration Rules / Eden Reward Review / Base and Troop Enhancement Issues
Several types of feedback have recently been concentrated in the community: rewards not arriving after opening Energy Cubes, migration still being blocked after some requirements are met, Eden rewards not arriving for some time after the countdown ends, and progression being blocked during base upgrades or vehicle-troop enhancement.
In these situations, the hardest question is often not whether there is a problem, but what to do next: should you wait for a missing reward or has it been missed; why does the last migration step still fail after the requirements turn green; when does reward settlement actually begin after the season countdown ends; and is blocked progression an account issue or an unmet prerequisite?
At present, the Energy Cube reward-delivery issue has been fixed and missing rewards have been restored. Migration restrictions mainly involve rules such as target-state status and Alliance status. Eden rewards are issued in batches after formal settlement begins, and the cases reviewed this time have all received their rewards normally. The configuration preventing further construction after Base Level 26 has been completed, while vehicle-troop enhancement still requires the relevant technologies to be met first.
Thank you to Commanders @Borrowed$T££L, @ultimateばやり, @꼬물꼬물-ggo, @Klammoth, @⭐⭐tareq⭐⭐, @Mehmet Bilgin, @Dream Killer, and @Survivor0bcf91253 for sharing opening times, item changes, migration prompts, and screenshots. These records helped @xiaoyu confirm the Energy Cube issue and provided key evidence for @wujiu and @mingxuan to review migration, season settlement, and progression issues.

Energy Cubes: Both Cube Access and Missing Chest Rewards Have Been Addressed
Energy Cube feedback mainly involved two types of issues. Some Commanders could not enter and play the Cube normally. Others opened an Energy Cube or related chest, had the item deducted, but did not receive the reward in their inventory.
@xiaoyu confirmed that both cases were related to an abnormal backend state transition, although their effects were different. Accounts unable to play the Cube recovered after re-logging. In the chest cases, the chest had already been deducted but the reward was not delivered, resulting in “the chest was used, but the reward did not arrive.”
The related code has been hotfixed, and safeguards have been added for abnormal cases. Missing rewards have also been restored for confirmed affected accounts.
If you opened a related chest before and the current quantity still does not match what you expected, please do not consume another item. Submit your account ID, server number, opening time, and an inventory screenshot through Support. We will continue checking the item-consumption and reward-delivery records.

Migration Restrictions: Green Requirements Do Not Necessarily Mean a Target State Can Be Entered
Some Commanders find that the conditions on the migration page have been met, but they still cannot complete the final step. Others believe that being placed in the same Eden season group as a target state should mean they can migrate there directly.
@wujiu confirmed that successful migration depends not only on the basic requirements shown on the page, but also on factors such as Alliance status, migration cooldown, the number of migration items, whether the target state is open, and entry rules for high-popularity states.
The most common misunderstanding is that joining the same Eden season group as a state does not mean that state is currently open for migration. Season grouping and server migration use two different sets of rules.
In addition, remaining in an Alliance can block migration. If an Alliance is set to open enrollment, it may become ineligible again when a new member joins automatically, even after all previous members have left. Some high-rated accounts may also be restricted by immigration-point ranking rules when moving to popular states.
Therefore, if migration is blocked, we do not recommend repeatedly trying different target states. First check your Alliance status, cooldown, migration items, and the target state’s eligibility. The related prompts also need further improvement, so that restrictions are clear before the final step instead of only appearing when migration fails.

Eden Season Rewards: The Countdown Ending Does Not Mean Rewards Are Delivered Immediately
When the Eden countdown reaches zero and rewards do not arrive immediately, it is understandable to worry that season results may have been missed.
@mingxuan confirmed that season rewards are not issued at the exact moment the countdown reaches zero. They are generated in batches by mail after formal settlement begins, and delivery time may vary between accounts.
Of the two cases reviewed this time, one Commander submitted feedback before formal settlement began, then received and claimed all rewards between 10:06 and 10:21. The other Commander’s reward mail was delivered normally while they were offline. The settlement and mail records matched in both cases, and no missing rewards were found.
It is therefore important to distinguish between the end of the season countdown and the start of formal reward settlement. If rewards have still not arrived some time after formal settlement begins, submit your account ID, server number, and season information through Support so we can continue checking.

Base Upgrades and Vehicle-Troop Enhancement: The Configuration Issue Is Fixed, but Technology Prerequisites Still Apply
Being unable to continue construction after reaching Base Level 26 and receiving an unclear error prompt during vehicle-troop enhancement can both look like blocked progression, but they have different causes.
@wujiu confirmed that some accounts had already met the Base Level requirement but could not unlock the Yesterday Technology Institute and two other buildings because the relevant building-unlock configuration was missing. This also affected further Base progression.
The related configuration was completed on August 11. After re-logging, eligible accounts can build normally and continue upgrading their Bases. No resource or progression loss has been found as a result.
Vehicle-troop enhancement, on the other hand, is gated by rules. Before the first enhancement of Level 9 vehicle troops, two specified technology lines must be upgraded to their maximum level. The current prompt does not clearly show which requirement is missing, making it easy to mistake this for a feature issue.
The enhancement rules themselves have not changed, but the prerequisite prompt needs to be clearer. If enhancement still fails after the required technologies are complete, please submit it to Support as an issue for review.

This update covers Energy Cube rewards, migration eligibility, season settlement, and building status. Some cases need to be reviewed against individual account records. For personal issues, submit your account ID, server number, time of occurrence, and relevant screenshots through Support. Please do not post account, order, or payment information in public comments.
Other community feedback is also being followed up. We will share further updates when we can confirm the cause, handling method, or direction of a future adjustment.
Thank you to all Commanders for continuing to share timestamps, screenshots, and specific steps. Complete information helps us determine more quickly whether a case is a rule restriction, a display issue, or an issue that genuinely needs to be fixed.
