This is the first time I've noticed this SE Hero
" Cerise Owl".
I saw this is the Arms Faction Study.
Has anyone else seen her recently?
Ive searched in all places where the newer Heros are posted or Pop up and no sign of her anywhere besides her.
Could it possibly be part of the newest LSS system upgrade(update)?
