Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (32th @2026)
This issue first addresses the problems that most directly affect normal gameplay and are most likely to raise account data concerns: some Commanders found their base level abnormally rolled back after logging in; purchases and exchanges were completed but items were not delivered; multiple event entrances and shops suddenly disappeared; other players experienced disconnections, migration restrictions, as well as counting and interface display anomalies.
These situations differ in nature, but all occur after players have already invested time, resources, or even completed payment. When a base drops from level 29 to 2, or purchased items are missing from inventory, the immediate concern is whether account progress has been wiped or whether the order encountered an issue.
As of publication, affected accounts' base levels have been restored, and this review found no loss of buildings, technology, troops, or other development records; purchase and exchange non-delivery cases are being reissued based on order records; event entrance and shop configurations have been corrected with compensation issued; disconnection and migration functions have been restored; and counting and display anomalies received this issue have been handled accordingly.
Thank you to the Commanders who continued providing detailed information throughout this period. @Bagatto2007 and @⭐️⭐️ Uriel ⭐️⭐ provided the server and timing when event entrances disappeared; @Artic_2020 and @Alienguise supplemented purchase, exchange, and recharge reward non-delivery records; @MATO TUDO and @Halil Agaa described the specific symptoms of disconnection and migration restrictions; @Survivor0c41f1532 was the first to report the base level abnormal rollback, helping the team quickly pivot to the account data loading investigation; @◇⭐Vally-Flag⭐◇ and @⭐⭐⭐PretteY⭐⭐⭐ documented the scenarios of tech status and Trading Center discount label anomalies. These timestamps, screenshots, and operation records allowed the investigation to pinpoint specific stages.
----------------
Base Level Abnormal Rollback: Data Restored, No Development Records Lost
A Commander reported that after logging in, their base level was abnormally displayed as level 2 instead of 29. Base level is tied to building unlocks, feature availability, and overall development progress. A sudden large-scale rollback naturally raises concerns about whether the entire account's development records have been affected.
@mingxuan_94010 confirmed after investigation that the anomaly occurred during server data loading. Some accounts' base level data was not read correctly, causing the client to display an incorrect level -- the base was not actually downgraded.
@yimu has completed the configuration correction, and affected accounts' base levels have been restored. This review found no actual loss of buildings, technology, troops, or other long-term development records.
If the level still appears abnormal after re-logging in, submit through Support with your account ID, server number, time of occurrence, and a current base screenshot. The team will continue checking the account's data loading records.
----------------
Purchased or Exchanged Items Not Delivered: Verified and Reissued Based on Records
This issue, Commanders reported that ticket exchange and lottery rewards were not delivered, Lucky Dice purchases were not received, and Doomsday Display Case chat bubble items were not delivered after purchase.
When payment or exchange is completed but items are not in inventory, players' primary concerns are whether the order went through, whether resources were deducted, and whether missing items can be recovered.
@mingxuan_94010 verified the purchase, exchange, and delivery records for submitted cases. Some records showed that payment or resource deduction completed normally, but the delivery interface was not properly triggered under specific conditions. @yimu has completed the configuration check and correction.
For accounts where the backend confirms successful purchase or exchange but items were not delivered, items will be reissued based on actual records. If still not received, submit through Support with your account ID, server number, purchase time, item name, and payment or exchange screenshot. Do not leave order numbers or other sensitive information in public comments.
----------------
Event Entrances and Shop Anomalies: Configuration Corrected, Compensation Issued
Recently, multiple event entrances and shops experienced anomalies, including Rare Supplies ending early, Sunglasses Exchange Shop becoming invisible, Rare Goods Shop disappearing, Limited Purchase entrances not found, and Alliance Gifts displaying removed packs. Some players also reported that recharge rewards and All-Star wing outfits were not properly delivered.
When entrances or shops disappear while an event is still active, players cannot use accumulated event currency and may miss time-limited exchanges and rewards.
@mingxuan_94010 confirmed after investigation that some entrances closed prematurely or failed to display due to event configuration anomalies. @yimu completed the configuration correction and issued compensation to confirmed affected players. All-Star wing outfits were also verified and reissued based on actual settlement and delivery records.
If entrances are still not visible or expected rewards have not arrived after the correction, submit your account ID, server number, event name, time of occurrence, and page screenshot for continued verification against event records.
----------------
Server Disconnection and Migration Restrictions: Functions Restored
Some players recently experienced game disconnections, lag, bases temporarily becoming invisible or immovable, and some Commanders who had purchased migration vouchers were unable to use them. During the Dawn Action event, some accounts' operations were also affected.
Disconnections directly interrupt activities and battles, while migration restrictions affect pre-arranged server-transfer plans. For players completely unable to enter the game, it is also difficult to determine whether the cause is server fluctuation or an account-side issue.
Investigation confirmed that disconnections and lag were related to server configuration fluctuations, with some accounts' data loading affected during specific periods; migration functionality was affected by configuration update parameter anomalies. @yimu completed the correction, and both connection and migration functions have been restored.
If you still experience frequent disconnections or migration issues, submit through Support with your account ID, server number, time of occurrence, device model, and relevant screenshots for continued comparison against server records.
----------------
Function Counting and Display Anomalies: This Round of Processing Complete
This issue also received multiple function status anomalies, including tech research status displaying incorrectly, radar task completion counts not syncing, honor building task count anomalies, SP hero skill descriptions being empty, Trading Center discount labels incorrect, Plantation harvest not refreshing inventory quantity, Blade Speed anomalies, APC formation replace button disappearing, Lucky Wheel luck value not increasing, and skin upgrade incorrectly showing insufficient items.
While these phenomena are scattered across different systems, they all affect players' ability to judge current progress, and some directly obstruct subsequent operations.
@mingxuan_94010 and @xuzuo respectively verified the relevant counting logic and function status; @yimu and @Murky completed corresponding configuration corrections; Trading Center discount label and SP hero skill description issues were handled by @jiuyan. All known anomalies listed above have been fixed in this round.
If issues still reproduce after updating or re-logging in, submit through Support with your account ID, server number, function name, time of occurrence, and interface screenshot, to help determine whether it falls under a case not yet covered.
----------------
The focus of this issue's handling is not just making entrances and interfaces reappear, but confirming whether players' base data, purchase records, and event earnings were actually damaged. Content that could be directly restored has been processed; parts requiring verification against individual orders, reward records, or account status will continue to be checked through Support.
@mingxuan_94010, @yimu, @xuzuo, @Murky, and @jiuyan will continue reviewing subsequent feedback for their respective modules. The comment section is for supplementing shared phenomena and discussing experiences -- for account, order, and personal data matters, please use Support tickets.
Other community feedback will also continue entering subsequent review. When new systemic issues arise, specific causes are confirmed, or fix versions are determined, we will separately share updates.
Finally, thank you all for providing complete server numbers, timestamps, order records, and screenshots. It is this specific information that helped the team faster confirm the scope of impact and complete verification and handling based on actual conditions. We will continue monitoring post-fix performance, and welcome everyone to report results under the relevant topics.
