Does Tactical Might benefit healing?
My Guiding Light:Emma Hero has (2x) +30% Tactical Might reconstruction skills, but does that statistic apply to her abilities since they are only healing and no damage?
Are the heals made tactically mightier?or does it tactically increase shield strength? The description of the abilities appears to refer to a hidden attribute called "RECOVERY RATE". What is recovery rate, where is this located in the battle reports and how does it apply? 100% recovery rate does not recover 100% of troops so what is it based off of might , resistance, health, tactical might , or tactical resistance?
