Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (31th @2026)
Recently, several types of issues directly affecting gameplay were raised in the LS community: event rewards not arriving after events ended, hero list suddenly clearing upon login, purchased or exchanged items not being delivered, inboxes accumulating large numbers of undeletable system messages, and recurring "unknown error" prompts when entering the game.
These situations share one thing in common: players had already invested time, resources, or even completed payment, yet could not confirm whether their rewards, heroes, and items were still intact. When all heroes disappear or login becomes impossible, the first reaction is rarely "it's a display issue" -- it's concern about whether account data and long-term progress have been affected.
Currently, event rewards have been verified and reissued based on backend records for each event; the hero list anomaly has been identified and affected accounts' data has been restored; purchase non-delivery cases are being processed against order records; system message deletion and login issues have both been fixed.
Thank you to the Commanders who continued providing detailed information throughout this period. @ThuGG1n and @Marco-馬可 provided the server and timing when hero lists cleared; @GutkinMy and @PorscheguyOmega submitted screenshots and device information for the "unknown error"; @擦枪不走火 and @玛丽格格 specified the event names and settlement times for missing rewards; @Taisho and @Luvit provided KOP store and VIP building exchange records; @Megatron and @Jason Cool documented inboxes filled with undeletable system messages. It was this specific information that helped the team trace seemingly scattered symptoms back to reward distribution, data loading, and configuration execution.

Event Reward Distribution: Verified and Reissued Based on Activity Records
Recent reward-related feedback covered the Anniversary Tour ranking, Carnival Heat, Promise event ranking, Eden points, All-Star feathers, Rose event, Star Tour, and Promise Watch.
Some Commanders did not receive corresponding rewards after events ended; others encountered errors when claiming rewards, or found that event items were not properly counted after use. Investing an entire event cycle completing tasks and competing for rankings, only to see no rewards at settlement, naturally raises concerns about whether previous participation records were valid.
@mingxuan_94010 and @xiaoyu respectively investigated the settlement configurations, delivery records, and client notifications for the relevant events. The investigation found that some rewards had actually been sent but the client had not refreshed in time; other accounts were genuinely affected by settlement configuration or delivery anomalies and required reissuance based on backend records. The All-Star feather reward selection interface display issue was also investigated by @xuzuo.
Currently, rewards for confirmed affected accounts have been processed and reissued based on records. If rewards are still missing, please contact Support with your account ID, server number, event name, settlement time, and an event screenshot, so we can directly cross-reference participation and delivery records.

Hero List Cleared: Data Restored, No Development Records Lost
Starting July 22, some players found their entire hero list had disappeared upon login, affecting multiple servers. A suddenly empty hero list easily raises concerns about whether heroes, levels, equipment, and previously invested development resources had been wiped.
@mingxuan_94010 confirmed that the anomaly occurred during server instability: some accounts failed to complete hero data loading when logging in, causing the client to display an empty list. The concurrent tour mail anomaly also compounded the data-reading process for some accounts.
@Murky has completed the related configuration corrections, and affected accounts' hero lists have been restored. No actual loss of hero levels, equipment, or development records was found during this investigation.
If you still cannot see your heroes after re-logging in, please contact Support with your account ID, server number, and the time of occurrence, and the team will continue checking the data-loading status for that account.

Purchased or Exchanged Items Not Delivered: Verified Against Order Records for Reissuance
Some Commanders reported that after purchasing battleship skins from the KOP store, exchanging items through VIP buildings, or buying Pharaoh or Supply packs, they did not receive the corresponding items.
When payment or exchange has been completed but the items are not in the inventory, players' primary concerns are whether the order went through, whether resources were deducted, and whether the missing items can be recovered.
@mingxuan_94010 verified the purchase, exchange, and delivery records for submitted cases. Some orders had successfully completed payment or deduction, but the item-delivery interface was not properly triggered under certain conditions. @yimu has completed the related configuration review and correction.
For accounts where backend confirms successful payment or exchange but items were not delivered, items will be reissued based on records. If you still have not received items, please contact Support with your account ID, server number, purchase time, item name, and a payment or exchange screenshot. Please do not post order numbers or other sensitive information in public comments.

System Messages Cannot Be Deleted: Deletion Function Restored
Some players reported that their inbox had accumulated over a thousand system messages that could not be deleted. Large volumes of invalid messages not only make it difficult to view normal mail but can also bury important content such as rewards and event notifications.
@mingxuan_94010 confirmed that historical system messages were not properly executing the deletion logic under certain states. The related configuration has been corrected by @yimu, and inbox deletion functionality has been restored.
If a large number of old messages still cannot be cleared, try re-logging in and attempting again. If the issue persists, please contact Support with your account ID, server number, and an inbox screenshot.

Login "Unknown Error": Anomaly Fixed
During the same period, some players repeatedly received an "unknown error" prompt when entering the game and could not log in normally. Compared to individual feature issues, being unable to enter the game directly blocks all event participation and raises concerns about whether the account itself has a problem.
@mingxuan_94010 confirmed that the anomaly was related to data-loading validation during server maintenance. Some accounts failed to pass the normal reading process when logging in during that window, and the concurrent mail anomaly also affected the login process for some accounts.
The related configuration has been corrected by @yimu, and affected players should be able to log in normally after re-logging in. If you still encounter the "unknown error," please submit your account ID, server number, device model, current version, and the time of occurrence, so we can continue comparing against login records.

This issue involves event rewards, hero data, purchase records, and login status -- individual cases all require verification against account backend records. When submitting to Support, please include your account ID, server number, time of occurrence, the activity or feature name, and relevant screenshots.
@mingxuan_94010 will continue following up on event rewards, hero list, and login issues; @xiaoyu on related event reward distribution; @xuzuo on the All-Star feather issue; @yimu on purchase non-delivery, system messages, and login configuration; @Murky on hero data-loading related configuration.
Other feedback from the community that was not included in this issue is also being continuously reviewed. Content where causes and handling directions can be confirmed will continue to be shared; suggestions about gameplay experience and adjustments will be evaluated based on actual impact and feasibility.
Thank you to every Commander who carefully described problems, provided screenshots, and continued supplementing information about handling results.
