Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (29th @2026)
This week's feedback centered mainly on the Celebration Tour, map tiles, and the Lucky Wheel, plus two technical issues — Nadia's status getting stuck, and tech research timers showing negative values.
A missing entrance, rewards that wouldn't show up, repeated relocation failures, a wheel that wouldn't spin — these directly disrupted the activity plans players had already made. Not seeing a reward after finishing an event, or repeatedly failing to relocate, is exactly the kind of thing that makes you start doubting whether your progress or resources were affected.
Here's where things stand: the Celebration Tour's entrance, display, and reward notification issues have all been handled; the leftover map data has been cleared, and the long-term cleanup logic is still being refined; the Lucky Wheel's configuration and value-refresh issues have been fixed, with compensation mails already sent; both Nadia's stuck status and the tech research display issue on server S1311 have been restored.
Thanks to a few players for the specific leads: @Akkeera's exact coordinates and error screenshots let us pinpoint the leftover map data directly; @⭕PacM@n⭕ noted other players were hitting the same thing, which helped us confirm this was systemic rather than an isolated case; @R4.Djoker556's report flagged both the missing activity and the puzzle-piece display issue at once; @⭕️⭐️Sandu⭐️⭕️ fully documented the process of APCs returning with no notification. Thank you for the concrete details.

Celebration Tour: Entrance, Display, and Reward Notifications All Handled
Celebration Tour feedback was the most common this week, but the root causes weren't all the same.
First, the Phase 2 Celebration Tour entrance was briefly missing from base. @yimu confirmed this was tied to that day's hotfix, and the entrance has since been restored.
Second, some rewards had actually been delivered normally, but the delivery interface didn't notify the client in time, so players never saw the arrival confirmation. @daweiwei confirmed the interface issue has been fixed.
Third, a separate batch of Phase 2 activity events failed to display correctly due to a multithreading issue during the hotfix — a different cause from the notification issue above. @daweiwei confirmed this has been handled, and the team will follow up with an internal review.
Fourth, Tour Event venues not refreshing or being inaccessible was investigated and fixed by @xiaoyu; some players also reported missing puzzle pieces, but backend records confirmed those had actually been delivered normally.
Fifth, the Tour page failing to load and chest rewards not showing up promptly came down to the server not pushing a refresh notification after rewards were claimed. No reward data was actually lost, and @xiaoyu has fixed the push logic, verified by the design team and now live.
If you're still experiencing missing activity entries, pages that won't load, or chest rewards not showing up, please submit your account ID, server number, activity name, timestamp, and a screenshot via Support.

Leftover Map Data: Relocation Issue Cleared
Some players kept getting a "location occupied" message when relocating.
@xiaoyu confirmed this traces back to leftover activity tile data from the first week of the Tour event that wasn't properly cleared, with the leftover coordinates still being flagged by the system as occupied.
The leftover data points that were found have been cleared, and a full-server sweep has been completed. We'll keep refining the automatic cleanup logic that runs after an event ends.
We also want to acknowledge that players who repeatedly tried to relocate did spend extra time doing so. If you're still running into this, please submit your server number, exact coordinates, and a screenshot via Support, and we'll keep checking.

Lucky Wheel: Both the Spin-Stuck Issue and the Value-Refresh Issue Are Fixed
The Lucky Wheel had two separate issues this week.
First, the wheel got stuck after resetting and couldn't spin. @xuxing confirmed the hero-selection configuration hadn't been extended to cover the new 2026 rotation, affecting both the main servers and the Eden season servers. The configuration was completed via a hotfix on July 14; no item loss was found, and compensation mails have already been sent.
Second, after claiming cumulative rewards, Lucky Draw coins didn't refresh immediately — players had to buy another pack or restart the game to see the correct amount. @jiuyan traced this to the chest-claiming interface not syncing the item count, and it's now fixed.
If you're still experiencing a wheel that won't spin, or cumulative reward values not refreshing after claiming, please submit your account ID, server number, an activity screenshot, and the timestamp via Support.

Nadia's Status Stuck: Fix Now Live
Some players reported that once Nadia was frozen, she couldn't be healed with medicine — even after meeting the treatment conditions, tapping "apply meds" did nothing, and restarting didn't help either.
@xuzuo found that the server had actually completed the healing process, but some players briefly went offline and missed the status update notification, leaving the hero's status stuck locked afterward. The related status configuration and hand-off logic have now been fixed.
If you're still seeing Nadia unable to be healed, or another hero status stuck, please submit your account ID, server number, hero name, and the time it occurred via Support, and we'll check your account status.
————————————————————————————————
Tech Research Timer Showing Negative Values (Server S1311): Restored After Update and Re-login
Some players on server S1311 saw their tech research countdown showing negative values.
@xuzuo confirmed that on this server, research-completion status hadn't been updating properly since mid-June — once research expired, the countdown kept running, which produced negative numbers. The affected records have been corrected in the new version; after re-logging in, they should display normally, with no actual loss to research progress.
If your timer is still showing incorrectly, please submit your server number, the tech name, and a screenshot of the screen so we can keep checking.
————————————————————————————————
For anything involving activity records, map coordinates, hero status, or tech research data, individual cases still need to go through Support. When submitting, please include your account ID, server number, when it happened, the activity or feature name, your current game version, and a screenshot — we'd recommend not leaving account details in the public comments.
The relevant owners will keep an eye on these topics' comments: @yimu on the Phase 2 Celebration Tour; @daweiwei and @xiaoyu on activity display, reward notifications, Tour Event, and leftover map data; @xuxing on the Lucky Wheel configuration; @jiuyan on cumulative reward refresh; @xuzuo on Nadia and the tech research issue.
Thank you to all the Commanders who kept following LS and sharing clues this week.
