Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (28th @2026)
Last week, the community mainly raised several concentrated feedback items during the Anniversary Carnival: reward delivery, points and leaderboard display, Lucky Dice and roulette-type activity issues, and game crashes encountered by some players.
During the Anniversary Carnival, commanders participate in activities more frequently, and rewards, points, leaderboards, and activity entrances are checked repeatedly. Because of this, when reward mails turn up empty, points display incorrectly, leaderboards don’t match, or dice and roulette activities can’t be played normally, the experience gap feels more pronounced than usual. Add to that crashes triggered by the new intro or mails, and some players even found themselves unable to enter the game or read their mail.
Here’s the current handling status: Anniversary Carnival reward delivery issues have been investigated and compensated; puzzle, Anniversary Trove, and Anniversary Treasures points and leaderboard issues have been fixed via hotfix — no backend points or leaderboard data loss has been found so far; Lucky Dice and roulette activity issues have had their configuration corrected, and compensation mails for affected players have been sent; new intro and mail-triggered crashes have also been handled.
Being able to locate the reward, points, leaderboard, and crash trigger points quickly was thanks to specific feedback from the community. @Longhorn1998 mentioned attending Star Tour 5 times but only receiving 1 reward — that before-and-after count comparison directly helped investigate the reward delivery chain; @King Smack reported Anniversary Trove points resetting to zero after leaving Eden, completing the cross-scene change picture; @⭐️ Holly Jolly ⭐ clearly articulated the contradiction of “puzzle completed but points show 0”; @zill130 provided their expected leaderboard rank; @Gantala reported getting no exploration reward while action points were already consumed, with a screenshot attached; @ogz05 pointed out the trigger path of being kicked out after clicking a gift message. Thank you — this information saved a lot of detours in investigation.

Anniversary Carnival Reward Delivery Issues: Investigated and Compensated
During the Anniversary Carnival, reward delivery issues appeared across tour-type and task-type activities including Star Tour, Anniversary Tour, Carnival Tour, Venue, and Master Baker.
Player feedback mainly fell into two situations: first, the activity was completed, but the reward mail was empty; second, after completing a task, the corresponding reward was never received. One player attended Star Tour multiple times, but the number of rewards actually delivered was clearly fewer than the number of participations; others reported completely empty mails after completing tour events.
The activity was participated in, but the system didn’t send the reward properly — players naturally worry whether their completion record was recognized.
The reward delivery chain and activity records have been investigated. @yimu and @Bilbo handled the processing and completed the corresponding reward compensation.
If you’ve completed Star Tour, Tour events, Venue, Master Baker, or other activities and still haven’t received the corresponding reward, submit your account ID, server number, activity name, completion time, and a screenshot of the reward mail or activity interface via Support. We’ll continue checking against backend records.

Activity Points & Leaderboard Issues: Hotfix Deployed, No Backend Data Loss Found
During the anniversary activities, puzzle, Anniversary Trove, and Anniversary Treasures activities also had points and leaderboard display errors.
What players encountered included: first, the puzzle was actually completed, but points showed 0; second, Anniversary Trove points reset to zero after leaving Eden; third, Anniversary Treasures points didn’t refresh, and chest points didn’t increase; fourth, leaderboards were empty, rankings were unidentifiable, or players with more points were ranked lower. Some players also reported being unable to obtain the final puzzle piece, making the activity impossible to complete, or the activity entrance suddenly disappearing.
Points, pieces, and rankings all affect final reward judgment. Display errors make it hard for players to confirm: whether their progress was actually recorded, and whether leaderboard settlement will be affected.
Investigation confirmed the anomalies came from a backend code bug, mainly affecting points display, leaderboard display, and some activity state refreshes. @Bilbo and @xiaoyu located and completed a hotfix — the code is now live. No backend points or leaderboard data loss has been found so far.
If you still encounter points display errors, leaderboard issues, unobtainable pieces, or entrance errors in puzzle, Anniversary Trove, or Anniversary Treasures activities, submit your account ID, server number, current points screenshot, leaderboard screenshot, or activity interface screenshot via Support for continued investigation.

Lucky Dice & Roulette Activity Issues: Configuration Corrected, Compensation Mails Sent
Lucky Dice and roulette-type activities also had several types of issues this week: first, the Lucky Dice treasure-hunt activity didn’t appear, and dice weren’t added to inventory; second, the roulette function reported errors, preventing continued operation; third, Treasure Wheel daily free spins weren’t delivered; and fourth, Lucky Draw cumulative rewards showed display errors.
For players, entrances not appearing, items not delivered, free spins unusable, or reward status showing incorrectly — all affect normal participation.
Investigation confirmed the Lucky Dice and roulette anomalies came from an activity configuration problem. @yimu and @jiuyan corrected the configuration and it took effect immediately — compensation mails for affected players have also been sent.
If you still encounter the Lucky Dice activity not appearing, dice not delivered, roulette errors, free spins not issued, or cumulative reward display errors, submit your account ID, server number, activity name, and a screenshot via Support — we’ll continue investigating.

Game Crashes: New Intro & Mail Trigger Points Handled
There were also two types of crash reports this week.
The first occurred during the new intro stage — some players crashed when entering the game after updating, or experienced abnormal exits during the launch process. The second occurred with mail and gift messages — players reported being kicked out of the game after clicking a gift message, with the issue potentially recurring even after deleting the message.
Crashes directly block players from entering the game or viewing messages. Especially during anniversary activities, being unable to enter the game or open mail further affects activity participation and reward confirmation.
The root cause of the mail crash has been confirmed: an announcement mail contained an unclosed rich-text tag, causing the iOS client to crash during parsing. @yimu and @jiuyan have cleared the problematic mail, and it has been re-sent. Going forward, mail content format will be checked more carefully before sending, and the client will add fault tolerance for such cases. The new intro-related crashes have also been handled accordingly.
If you still experience crashes on game launch, crashes when opening mail, or being kicked out after clicking a gift message, submit your account ID, device model, system version, current game version, crash time, and the operation steps before the crash via Support. The more complete the information, the easier it is to locate residual issues.
————————————————————————————————
This period’s investigation of activity rewards, points records, leaderboard data, activity entrances, and crash logs still needs to go through Support. The comments section is suitable for sharing common symptoms, following up on public progress, and exchanging experiences, but not for handling account data publicly.
The most useful information to include: account ID, server number, when it happened, activity name, device model, system version, operation screenshot; for reward and points issues, it’s best to also include activity completion screenshots, mail screenshots, and points or leaderboard screenshots. The more complete your submission, the faster the team can narrow down the issue.
Thank you to everyone who’s continued following LS and sending feedback.
