Weekly Updates on Last Shelter (27th @2026)
A few things to address this period: the KOP Shop saw two types of payment-related reports — currency display errors blocking purchases, and a suspected double charge on a weekly pack; players on server 1527 reported the world map covered in building markers with teleport blocked; and two mechanics questions that kept coming up — now with definitive answers.
These issues range from payment records to gameplay disruptions to mechanics misunderstandings. For players, none of them are small: wanting to buy a pack but hitting a dead end at checkout; seeing what looks like a duplicate charge on the credit card side and not knowing whether the game actually processed a second order; a world map suddenly blanketed in building markers with no explanation; a skill description that reads like +80 per member; APC capacity dropping after an Eden season change and looking like account data loss.
Getting to the bottom of these issues faster wouldn't have been possible without the specific reports from the community. @꧁༺MIB༻꧂, @Dr-GreenThumb, and @Survivor01e63b1498 described the KOP Store currency display and payment button problems in detail; @doole433 provided receipt information on a suspected double charge; @abc8ft reported the server 1527 world map being blanketed in building markers with teleport blocked. Screenshots, receipt information, server numbers, and on-the-ground descriptions are all critical for narrowing down what happened.
Here's where each issue stands.
KOP Shop Payment Issues: Currency Display Resolved, Suspected Double Charge Requires Bank Statement for Further Verification
Two types of payment-related reports in the KOP Shop, totaling 5 player reports. Both occurred during the purchase flow, but they're different in nature and need to be addressed separately.
The first is currency display errors. Some players saw the wrong currency at checkout, or hit payment failure after selecting a method — no charge, but no item either. This issue has been fully resolved. @xiaoyu has followed up on the related reports.
The second is a suspected double charge. A player reported that purchasing a KOP Shop weekly pack may have resulted in a duplicate charge on the credit card side. We've checked the game-side order records based on the information provided — so far, only one successful order has been confirmed, and the corresponding item was delivered normally. No second completed order or duplicate delivery has been found in the game records.
Important note: bank or credit card pages sometimes show pre-authorizations, pending transactions, or delayed posting — these don't necessarily mean the game processed a second order. Whether a real duplicate charge occurred needs to be confirmed against the final bank or credit card statement.
If you've experienced a similar situation, please submit your account info, purchase time, receipt screenshot, and a screenshot of the final charges from your bank or credit card statement via Support. You can redact card numbers and other sensitive details, but the screenshot should clearly show the charge times, amounts, and whether two identical charges exist. We'll continue investigating based on the additional materials.
Payment issues involve account, order, and billing records — please don't rely on comment threads alone, and avoid posting full order numbers, card numbers, or billing details in public posts.
Map Display Issue (Server 1527 — World Map Covered in Building Markers / Teleport Blocked): Resolved
Players on server 1527 reported the world map blanketed in building markers under alliance labels, blocking teleport entirely. Easy to read as corrupted data or a cross-server data leak — the actual cause was leftover event buildings from a cleanup that was skipped.
Server 1527 had run the "Night City Tour" event, which spawned a large number of concert venue buildings across the world map during the event period. When the event was later deactivated, it was done by turning off the feature flag directly — but the venue cleanup logic is tied to the scheduled task that runs at the end of the event's display period. Bypassing that step meant cleanup never triggered, leaving approximately 62,000 venue points stranded on the world map. @mingxuan confirmed the root cause and completed the cleanup.
All leftover venue points have been cleared through the official cleanup process, and the world map is displaying normally. No player progress was lost: activity points, puzzle pieces, and issued rewards are stored in separate data tables and were unaffected. Troops that had been dispatched to venues were safely returned home.
If you're still seeing map display problems or blocked teleport, submit your server number and a screenshot via Support — @mingxuan will follow up.
Siege Sniper Skill: +80 Destruction for the Whole Formation, Not Per Member
This is the second update on this question — now with a definitive answer. The skill adds 80 Destruction to the entire formation as a shared bonus, not 80 per individual member.
The gap between these two interpretations is significant. Shared +80 versus per-member +80 can produce dramatically different results in siege calculations, directly affecting march strategy, skill evaluation, and resource decisions.
The current description is genuinely ambiguous — reading it as "+80 per member" isn't an unreasonable interpretation. The issue isn't the skill's function; it's that the description doesn't clearly communicate "shared formation bonus."
The skill function is correct. The description will be updated in a future version to remove the ambiguity. @Murky confirmed this conclusion. For questions about specific builds, combinations, or siege math, leave a comment on the relevant topic — he'll see it.
Troop Capacity / APC Drop: Eden S38 Season Tech Reset — Not a Bug
Around June 25, players noticed significant drops in APC capacity, troop capacity, or related transport numbers and suspected a version bug.
Investigation confirmed this is not account data loss or a version bug — it's the normal season tech reset that occurs when Eden seasons transition to S38.
Eden has a dedicated class of season tech that provides significant bonuses to APC capacity and related stats. This tech resets with each season transition. After S38 started, it needs to be re-researched; once complete, values recover fully — and may exceed the previous season if S38 tech overall has improved. Players in the same alliance seeing different drops reflects different re-research progress, not data loss.
Players who have completed their S38 season tech research should see APC and troop capacity fully restored. If values still look wrong after research is complete, submit your account info, server number, tech screenshot, and current capacity screenshot via Support — @Bilbo will investigate.
Each topic has a follow-up owner listed — leave a comment on the relevant topic and they'll see it. For anything involving account info, orders, payment records, or character data, use Support.
For specific issues (payment problems, account features, version anomalies, stat changes), submit via Support with your account info and when it happened. Public posts can't protect personal information — don't leave account IDs, order numbers, or billing screenshots in the comments.
The most useful information to include: account ID, server number, when it happened, activity or pack name, device model, order screenshot, gameplay screenshot. For payment issues, prioritize submitting receipt or final billing screenshots via Support — you can redact sensitive details. The more complete your submission, the faster the team can narrow down the issue.
Thank you to everyone who's continued sending feedback — it makes a difference.
