- 1/2 cup cornstarch 🌽
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying 🛢️
- 1/4 cup soy sauce 🍶
- 1/4 cup honey 🍯

In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in batches, frying until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar until smooth. Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add the fried chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sticky sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the chicken.
