Weekly Updates at Rocs (21th @2026)
We've read through every piece of community feedback from the past two weeks. Some points to genuine confusion — we'll explain the full picture. Some touches on design decisions we stand behind — we won't walk those back, but you deserve to hear the reasoning.
#### Migration is intentionally open — here's why, and what we're doing about the pressure
"State 1107 has been invincible for two seasons. Why won't you close migration?" — Posts like this came from multiple servers, including alliances that gave up contesting Eden and shifted to specialization-only strategies.
We're not closing migration: it's a core player capability — where your allies are, who you fight, where your alliance settles. @Lambert is building ecosystem balancing at the season design level, giving different-strength servers paths into matched battlefields rather than physical restriction. The matchmaking pool reduction from six to two was the first step. No final answer yet, but the work isn't stopping.
Leave a comment with specific suggestions — @Lambert will see it.
#### Eden buildings: the design logic is complete — in-game explanation still needs work
Two things. First: capture buildings serve confrontation alliances, resource buildings serve strategy-oriented and smaller alliances, support buildings cover players who want to contribute but have limited individual combat power. The logic is coherent — but in-game explanation is limited and most players have to figure it out through trial and error. Improving this guidance is a priority for upcoming updates.
Second: Eden rewards concentrating toward the strongest — we're not sidestepping this. @Lambert's read is that equalizing rewards would dilute the competitive drive that gives Eden its meaning. But the current structure isn't fair enough to mid-sized and smaller alliances — a tension without a simple answer. We're watching data and feedback; if players raise reasonable suggestions, we will consider acting on them.
#### Marble Draw: the pity threshold changed — and the change is significant
Pity dropped from 1,500 draws to 100 draws guaranteed top-tier reward. Base probability increased from 0.04% to 0.8% — roughly 20×. This period also launches the 2612 skin series, with the pity grand prize updated to the new Landscape Building.
This was deliberate, not a test. A 1,500-draw pity was out of reach for most players, giving people no motivation to continue after the first few draws. At 100, participation carries a guaranteed return regardless of luck. Specific feedback? Leave it in the comment section.
#### Secondary email password change: running globally, edge cases still being resolved
Players continued to report "the password change button does nothing" or "an error appears on submission." @alone is tracking compatibility issues and completing fixes across several hotpatch deployments.
If you encounter an error, submit through Support with device model, OS version, and the exact error message. The feature is running normally overall; individual cases can be handled through customer support.
#### Survey results: thank you for the response — sharing next week
This period's community survey drew far more responses than we expected — thank you for taking the time to fill it out honestly. Results are being compiled and will be shared publicly in the community next week. If you haven't had a chance to participate yet, you're welcome to — your honest input is the most direct reference we have for improving the game.
#### On appeals and account enforcement
We've noticed posts in the community calling on other players to pressure us into reversing enforcement decisions on specific accounts. Every player's right to raise concerns through legitimate channels is something we respect and won't restrict.
Our position on intentional chargebacks is consistent: account background, community profile, and post volume don't affect the enforcement standard — and neither does external pressure. Consistent rules are the foundation of a fair environment for all players. If you believe your account was t***************, please reach out through official customer support with a clear account of the situation and relevant details — each case will be reviewed individually. We comply with applicable laws in all regions we operate and welcome lawful, legitimate oversight.
Every topic has a named owner. Leave a comment under the relevant topic — they'll see it, and it's more direct than a new post or private message.
For issues involving accounts, orders, or personal information, use the Support module — don't post them publicly. Personal information cannot be protected in public posts.
