Hello, how can I understand the amount of your compensation? If each player receives a different amount of compensation, or if they receive a portion of your compensation, I have three accounts, and on each account, I received a different amount of compensation for your system error. On the first account, I did not receive any compensation at all, while on the second account, I received three chests of master gadgets, and on the third account, I received three chests of gadgets, 1,000 batteries for beasts, and 1,800 spare parts for artifacts. If all the players had the same mistakes, how could you give out different rewards? It's frustrating...
