National Quest
1.Each day, the Empire buildings will spawn National Quests, accept them during work hour to increase your class level
2.Only one mission can be done daily at first, increase it via Class Manual later on
Complete Missions to obtain national score and Exp.
3.If the national score reaches its goal, commanders that completed the missions also will earn bonus reward exp.
4.Each Empire building have a corresponding manager, which the officials can place management cards, commanders that perform missions for this building will earn buffs
(Only commanders with the corresponding cards can place management cards)
5.On the 2nd day, the officials will earn exp based on the mission completion situation of the previous day.
6.The president will earn exp based on how the 8 officials earn exp
