2. Status description
a. After successfully entering the protection state, the commander will enter the protection state (cannot be attacked)
b. After successfully entering the protection state, the commander will immediately cancel the protection state if he issues any order to his team or moves the city.
c. After successfully entering the protection state, canceling the protection state will enter the cooling time
d. Cancellation during the accumulating phase will not trigger the cooling time
e. During the 8-hour protection period at the beginning of the season, the protection cover will not be removed when moving to a city

3. Timed energy storage
a. The commander can choose to enter the energy storage at any time within 4 hours
b. After the end of the energy storage, the base will enter the protection time
