Cross-Zone gifting function enabled
- Following this version update, some decor items can be gifted across Zones.
- When you gift items across Zones, you can only send items to Commanders in Zones that have been created for more than 50 days; note that Inter-Zone Stamps will be consumed.

All-Out War mail optimized
- The mail description for the side being declared war on in All-Out War has been optimized. The side that declares war and the side being declared war on will be differentiated more clearly.

Optimized item usage procedure
- Fixed amount of [Hero EXP], and [Memento Coins] will be used directly upon acquisition, without the need to use them manually.
