I have way too many Link EXP and Link Coins. Make available more ways to spend them.

You need to improve the graphic resolution of War Room. It looks a bit blurry in contrast to other facilities.
A: Sorry for the disturbance caused. As a large number of hero models are displayed in the War Room, the overall visual effect could be compromised in a way. We have reported the issue to the art team and will try to improve it as best as we can!
After we have the War Room, many Memento Coins became leftovers with nowhere to spend. And I don't see the point in joining any events to get more Memento Coins.

Introduce more cross-server battles, like competing for the best commander
A: We understand that our Commanders are eager to win more glorious titles in the game. A similar gameplay is under development at the moment, and will be released based on the actual situation of each server. As cross-server activities can be complicated in data management, it'll take more time to complete the development. Thank you in advance for your patience!
It'd be better if you can shorten the time of transport missions in Doomed Land. Also, consider adjusting the difficulty of season missions in Doomed Land.
A: As Doomed Land is a new storyline, we've been paying close attention to the feedback of our Commanders! We will make proper adjustments accordingly based on the stats of mission completion rate and other server data, so as to provide you with a better gaming experience!
Could you allow players to select the difficulty for Zombie Raid, so we can either choose the easy mode to have fun or choose the hard mode to take a challenge. You can increase the difficulty of Zombie Raid on condition that the casualties won't increase too much, if possible.
A: As you can see, we value the difficulty issue of Zombie Raid. We've just rolled back its difficulty level and are monitoring the data of different servers and collecting feedback from commanders! We'll keep optimizing the Zombie Raid event and will run multiple rounds of tests before it is released again in approximately the second half of this year!
Why do you downsize the participants in Oasis?

I was very disappointed the last few times I have done hero pulls, this last hero recruitment did not give me a single high value hero out of almost 17k in recruitment chips.That makes it unpleasant for us.
Please, i would really appreciate that you guys give us more chances of getting good heroes when pulling/recruiting. Putting money or not, for several weeks now and i haven’t gotten a single good hero. It is exhausting and very sad. Even though i love the game this makes me quit.

The zombie horde in doomed land is almost impossible unless you have very strong players.Also the optical camo is so complicated! We end having a zombie horde every day not matter what we put for the schedule. This season has been my worst by far.
We as an alliance, love the Doomed land dimension but, despite of having L10 troops we are unable to win the zombie horde as we are lacking red gadget. If it was for advanced key city, then it makes sense but for normal key city at-least the power of zombies needs to be optimised or reduced

Hi everyone, with this latest upgrade has anyone else notice your hero cp has dropped. Can some one please explain why this has happen.
The developers allow bullying and and griefing, as long as they get paid they don't care, so far the only thing they keep sending notifications about is people being able to double claim rewards but nothing about how people are getting spammed attacked by premiums players

DoomedLand Transport Mission is too easy. First lineup always beats all zombies. Maybe it's difficulty can depend on the mission level. Also need R4 ability to kick Transport Post garrison. Daily camp mission needs a list of members that completed the dailies. Thank you for the rest of new content!
