Can you increase the quantity and level of alloy deposits?
A: We understand how important alloy deposits are for all our commanders. Based on our data monitoring, we already have plans to boost the level of alloy deposits and increase the reserves of each alloy deposit in upcoming updates.

It'd be better if I could win some personal armaments race points for killing zombies of level 30 or above
A: We've received a lot of feedback from commanders after raising the zombie levels, and we appreciate your input! In the current version, killing zombies above level 30 is not yet included in the Personal Armaments Race as a mission. However, we do have plans to add this mission in version 1.349. We will develop and test it asap to provide you with an even better gaming experience.

Will there be any new techs to enhance lineups' load?
A: We've noticed that as the Resource Points in the dimension have leveled up, the current vehicle load capacity is no longer sufficient for a complete collection run. We have plans to increase the vehicle load and will be working on a solution that will be released in the near future.

Can you release more affordable fortress skins?
A: We apologize if you're not satisfied with the in-game skins at the moment. We have a related feature in development that will allow you to acquire the skins you like. Additionally, we'll consider running more promotional events when introducing new skins to make it easier for you to obtain your preferred ones.

Can you make the exclusive gear for heroes available again? Like for Casino, Dylan, and N.A.T.E.
A: Sure! We actually have plans to reintroduce these exclusive gear items. Please keep an eye on the in-game events or the Premium Center for updates.

Can you design some exclusive personal medals for the top three alliances in the master group?
A: Thank you for your valuable suggestion! We will prioritize the design for these exclusive medals and make them available in the game for all commanders who fight for their alliance's honor!

When I tried to see an opponent's server in alliance duel, the map displayed didn't match his server.
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue is a result of server mergers. We've identified this problem and have optimization plans in place. We will make an official announcement on our bulletin board once the optimization is complete, so please stay tuned.
