As only a small number of parts are available for Modified APCs, is it possible to reset the levels of these parts?
Answer: Thank you for your suggestion, based on our further evaluation, however, we found that the change could greatly affect the rarity of Modified APC parts. Therefore, we decided not to make any changes to them for the moment.
Can we have the Kaya event in future seasons?
Answer: Kaya's event is facing players new to our game. More exciting events will be available in later stages. Please rest assured that Kaya can also be obtained through recruitment in subsequent seasons. If you have not ascended Kaya to the highest quality, you still have a chance to ascend her in the future!
Could you add more Alloy Deposits to the map?
Answer: As you know, alloy is one of the most valuable and precious resources in the game. After a thorough evaluation, we decided not to add more alloy deposits in order to maintain the balance of stats in the game. To get more alloy, you may try to produce or gather some, or trade for more at the helicopter.
Can you make it possible to merge low-quality hero medals into high-quality ones?
Answer: Given that this change would grievously affect the rarity and available amount of the medals in the game, we will not make any changes to them for now. Thank you anyway for your suggestion. Please note there are many ways to get hero medals for FREE, e.g. the Personal Armaments Race, Arena Shop, Season Shop. Participate in in-game activities and complete tasks to obtain more medals.
I want to make more materials in the Gear Factory at the same time
Answer: While you have a valid Monthly Gear Card in use, the production rate of gear materials will be significantly increased. In fact, we also plan to increase the manufacturing amount cap of the Gear Factory in the next few versions, so that the production queue will not be left idling.
Could you add a "Share" button on the material exchange page, so I can remind my allies to exchange materials with me?
Answer: Good point. The entire material exchange feature is built upon the assistance between allies. We are planning to optimize this feature, so as to provide you with a better interactive experience.
